SNT Updates

Good evening!

The team attended the Leisure United Hub where they had the pleasure of seeing the official Premier League trophy.

There were numerous Community Trusts that visited to the Hub such as Leicester City, Lincoln City, Northampton Town and more. This proved to be a fantastic day for all involved, and is at the heart of what we do as a Safer Neighbourhood Team, community/youth engagement and building strong working relationships.

Officers spotted an uninsured and disqualified driver along Wiltshire Road. Officers were in pursuit after he was driving dangerously, and later caught up with them where they eventually came to a stop at a dead end. He was swiftly arrested, and the vehicle was recovered.

We have also been attending meetings at our local businesses regarding shoplifting offences, and how we can work together to minimise this from happening. Meetings with partner agencies have also been attended where we discuss local issues, and how we can work together in rectifying them.
